Everything here is fresh and good tasting. If you are not familiar with poke the staff is very helpful in helping you choose the ingredients of your poke bowl. I would definitely recommend Poke Hale.

This is my go-to lunch spot by work. Not only is all the fish fresh and tasty, the portions are great for the price!! I always make my own regular bowls and mix both rice/salad and tuna/salmon....
