History

PEMS Balance was originally established in 2012 as Madison Consulting a multipurpose consulting business that offered services for individuals and businesses that include but are not limited to career, vocational and educational, mental and behavioral health and rehabilitation services. In 2017 PEMS Balance was formed to offer mental and behavioral health counseling, cognitive behavior therapy and psychological first aid services in addition to the consulting services offered by Madison Consulting.
