The first Mr. Beef & Pizza opened in Arlington Heights, with locations in Park Ridge and Mount Prospect to follow. A family run business, Lou's legacy continues with his daughters and son-in-laws running day to day operations. True to his Italian roots, the importance of family shines through at Mr. Beef & Pizza.
