I live out of state now, but Monical's is almost always my first stop when I come to visit! The food is definitely best when you dine in. It's one of the few places that I always get breadsticks...

Based in Pekin, Ill., Monical's Pizza is a chain of pizza restaurants. The restaurant has been operational since 1959, offering a variety of items, such as breadsticks, chicken wings, chef salad, grilled chicken salad, chicken bacon ranch, meatball sub and chicken mozzarella, among others. In addition, it provides individual thin pizza, lasagna supreme, root beer, pink lemonade and iced tea, to name a few. Monical's Pizza operates more than 63 restaurants located throughout Central Illinois with several in Indiana and one in Wisconsin.
