Emily Konrad, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner providing compassionate, patient-centered care to patients of all ages. With experience in primary care, chronic disease management and hospital-based nursing, she is committed to supporting the long-term health and well-being of her patients through education, empathy and evidence-based treatment. Konrad earned her master of science in nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois and her bachelor of science in nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing in Charleston, Illinois. Konrad chose to specialize in urology for its balance of medical management and procedural care.

I provide a safe space for open communication.Chancie Warren is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner committed to providing compassionate care and making a positive impact in the lives of her patients. She strives to create a judgment-free environment where individuals can trust that their information will remain confidential.Warren fosters a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and safe to express themselves.In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and being with her husband and two children.
