Made an online purchase. Needed to return it. Returned 3 yarns and credited for 2 only. They couldn't figure out how to credit the return of the third AFTER THEY KEPT IT. No satisfaction.

The service in this location is absolutely horrible No one is willing to help the store is a disarray can't find anything and the prices never match
