Loyola Academy

Established in 1909, Loyola Academy is a private, coeducational college preparatory high school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. The school provides honors programs and advanced placement classes in various subjects. It offers a wide range of courses, including liberal, language and fine arts, foreign languages, mathematics, physical education, science, social studies and theology. The fine arts courses offered by the school include various subjects, such as dance, music, theater, visual arts, and architecture. Additionally, it offers Spanish, French, German, Latin, and Ancient Greek courses. It additionally offers the O'Shaughnessy Program that assists students preparing for college education. The athletic programs offered by the school include lacrosse and crew and ice hockey. Located in Wilmette, Ill., the school is a member of the Jesuit Secondary Education Association.
