I posted a similar review on google ...I want the management to take this seriously ..... Was back at my IL home for 4 days ordered from here twice ....very disappointing...a girl took our order...

Can't beat Uncle Lou's butter crust!!! Great location. Pie was cooked to perfection (try it well done). Done when I arrived.

Great pizza. Typical Lou Malnati's pizza. We did order online and somehow our order got misplaced. After arriving and speaking to several people at the front counter and eventually got figured...
