Fidel Mata, PA-C, has served as a physician assistant at Prairie Cardiovascular - Decatur for two decades, specializing in cardiovascular medicine and providing comprehensive patient care to the Decatur community.Mata earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and has established himself as an integral member of the clinic's cardiovascular team since 2004.In his role, Mata manages total inpatient care, conducting daily rounds, providing consultations and overseeing patient discharges.
