Aw this poor Jimmy John's has a bad rep! I've gotten food from this location a few times and most recently I put them to the test. I placed an order for 10 people - some wanted ingredients left...

This location needs to improve. Messed up my order couple times already. Only reason why I continued is because it's close by work and it's a quick lunch option. Unfortunately won't be going back....

I ordered online, chose curbside pickup, there were no designated spots for pickup. I parked called the store twice, no answer, had to go in. I asked for a refund of my $6.48 tip. I didnt get...
