Said we needed rear brakes and handed us a quote for $450 - when they were done 15,000 miles ago at the dealer. Dealer checked it out and confirmed we did NOT need them. Beware of false upselling!!!

What the heck is going on at Jiffy Lube? When I need an oil change that's all I need. No need to check tire pressure, all cars these days have good tire pressure monitoring systems. I do not need...

Stopped today for service and what wonderful service it was! Phynix, Quinta, and Osvaldo provided exceptional service from the start of my visit to the end. So many places have lost great service....
