Staff knows their ice machine for fountain drinks is broken. There is no sign saying that it doesn't work. And then when you order a fountain drink, they don't bother to tell you that by the way...

Can't go wrong with a fantastic Jersey mikes sub! They are very friendly and the sandwich is delicious! Have tried multiple sandwiches and they are all great! Rewards program pays off quick here...

Poor customer service Ordered a #13 minus 2meats she put them on anyways I had to remind her to take it off, they usually charge me a little less . She refused then said I can charge you for a #2...
