i order from grubhub it can be great but they do screw up sending food to wrong address i found lately they have screwed up aot try to get a refund good luck never going to happen

They literally do not deliver your food and they still charge you. And they tell you that they cannot help you at all through their customer service

Restaurant had food ready at 7:30pm. Grubhub kept pushing ETA until finally ETA was past the restaurants closure time of 8:30, so clearly not coming. Spent forever on chat with GH customer...
