Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant was founded by Lucy R. Matthew in 1979 in Uptown. Fiesta is a family owned restaurant with a lively atmosphere, large menu of traditional Mexican eats, and a variety of margaritas.

Specialties

There are a ton of food specialties such as the Fajitas, Caldo de Res (Beef Soup), Menudo, Carne Asada, Red Snappers, and Guisado de Puerco. Our Margaritas come highly recommended and the great atmosphere and staff compliments the whole Fiesta experience.
