HistoryI started with Quinlan & Tyson in 1983 when interest rates were in the 16% range. Over the years the company was purchased several times and finally became Coldwell Banker. I spent several years working with a local developer on new condo construction in Evanston and managed his sales office and separate real estate office. I returned to Coldwell Banker in 2006.SpecialtiesI am a full-time real estate agent located in Evanston serving the North Shore and the North Side of Chicago . I have been selling real estate since 1983 and have experience in both resale and new construction. I also work with buyers relocating to the area.
