I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. While I could see marks that look like the bagel was toasted, it was strangely soft and EXTREMELY chewy as if it was microwaved --not good...

The goodness subpar and the staff is really unfriendly. My sandwich was partially burnt and the checkout lady looked like she didn't even want to be there. Just a crummy experience.
