Ambience: is cold straight forward, you select your cookie on a screen, you pay for it there too, and then you are expected to tip by doing everything on your own but deliver the cookie......

Maybe you're just not for me, but they're way too sweet and artificial flavouring and just very hyped up. There's nothing special about the store. The service is fine. I just don't see the quality...
