The founder Cece Torres, with over 35 years of experience, specializes in color, cuts, highlights, color corrections, men styles and much more. She has managed & operated many salons throughout her career thus leading to her long list of capabilities and credentials. In 2019, with her quality experience and talents, she decided to open her own Salon under the name of Christopher Anthony Salon.
