Bare bones place for Chinese food. China Garden is the only place in Elburn to get it. It's located in a lonely looking strip mall. Had bad expectations, which helped the food seem a lot better....

Foos is great, portion size is big, food is cheap. Taste good. Try the goons. Fried rice is good. It's pretty good.
