Childcare and Learning Center has been open in Romeoville since 2007. The center serves as both a day care for children 2 -3 years of age and a preschool for children 4-5 years of age. The center's focus is on preparing children to be successful in kindergarten. The children are fed breakfast and lunch and enjoy playtime on the playground outside. During the day the children work on reading and number skills and also learn how to interact socially with their peers and adults.
There are roughly 30 children in attendance each day and all the staff members have been trained and received certification to work with pre-K children. The center has large windows that allow in ample natural light and the decor is bright and colorful to appeal to young children.
