Founded in 1962, Carol Stream Public Library is located in Carol Stream, Ill. The library maintains a collection of books, magazines, guides, periodicals, newspapers, encyclopedias, databases and reference materials. Carol Stream Library offers the least amount of service while charging significantly more than the surrounding libraries. Their fees are 250 percent greater than the surrounding library's fees....
