Fast and friendly. Especially during the pandemic this is the best Burger King location in the rockford area they have the most consistent staff!

Auburn location, stood in front of center register for 5 minutes. No one wanted to make eye contact or take an order, busy with drive up customers I guess. Poor customer service, grand reopened...
