As a Nurse Practitioner, my role as member of the hand surgery team working with Dr. Lerner is to develop a partnership with our patients where we work together to address their surgical needs. This involves seeing patients in the office, diagnosing their conditions, explaining their diagnosis and providing non-surgical care while, at the same time, keeping their preferences and treatment goals in mind. I enjoy working with patients to decrease pain and increase their ability to perform activities they enjoy.

Nicole Garner specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries and disorders caused by repetitive movements, heavy lifting, injuries and diseases. Garner dedicates herself to helping patients recover from injuries and improving their quality of life by alleviating pain. Outside of work, Garner enjoys exercise, shopping, baking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
