HistoryCoaching - Originally I went into therapy and coaching to teach people how to communicate and listen effectively. These skills are predominately an observed behavior not a learned one. Most of us were never truly taught how vital these skills are and how lacking in them will effect our daily lives. Every interaction we have includes: speaking, listening and nonverbal communication. In completing my Master's at DePaul University, I began to shift my focus to this empowerment coaching. I believe that my calling is helping people, couples, families, organizations find their true authentic self/brand. Yoga - My style as an instructor is intentionally organic. My sessions are very similar to how I live my life, i.e. authentically, holistically and with intention. I believe that it is not only important to be aware of your own capacity but of the capacity of the world. HistoryFor the past five years, I've worked as a top staffing recruiter and have interviewed 2,500+ and placed 100+ candidates. I've also conducted interview preparation for 20+ candidates weekly for roles at places like VML, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Google. I'm also the CEO & Co-founder of a B2B cannabis brand called Brielle (bebrielle.com) and a graduate of Founders Institute. Additionally, I recently completed Clinical Neuropsychopharmacology Predoctoral Coursework from Roosevelt University.
