Horrible service, manager is very stingy. Won't let us sit down an hour before closing and also won't give us water despite being paying customers. Would avoid at all costs.

I haven't been back to this Subway since they DO NOT accept paper coupons any longer. I have noticed they're not as busy as before. The Subway INSIDE Kahala Mall DOES ACCEPT the paper coupons!

Won't give you a small cup of ice for paying customers, even if you already paid & tipped for a sandwich. Stingy.
