Totally rude and inept staff, so poor management? Ordered walk in, pick up on app. Get there, park, go to store door and doors are locked with a small sign saying "drive thru only"! Why not...

Slowest Starbucks on the island . Even just for a cold brew. Craaazy. Drive thru is getting their drinks slowly but for the people the actually go inside or do In-store pick up wait for 20 plus...
