Roasted Chiles would Love to share with you the traditional flavors of the heart of Mexico. We serve many traditional Mexican dishes with our own spin like the amazing world famous Longostino Enchiladas, baby lobster enchiladas in a creamy green sauce, and homemade gauda cheese. Our Chile en Nogada is a Gourmet version of a Chile Relleno, served in a sweet Walnut sauce. The Mole is a family recipe passed down from generation to generation, made with over 30 different ingredients. We also offer a traditional Guanajuato Pozole Verde, made with fresh green ingredients. Don't forget to save room for dessert. Choose from Tres Leches Cake, Mexican Flan with a touch of Kahlua, or flourless Sweet Corn Cake. We also offer many specialty margaritas and have great happy hour deals every day from three to five.
