Women who answered the phone was sassy and pushy I wish I backed out of that company I tried calling back to talk to Kevin Mak but she said he was busy I emailed him but the never contacted me

They really don't have compassion for their members. I've been a loyal customer and fell in a bind, lose my house or my insurance.. I chose my insurance and I let them know and they said oh well...

Great human service where you can talk to an actual agent. I save $900 a year when I switched my car and homeowners to Geico!
