We usually visit the Jack in the Box downtown Honolulu but tonight, we visited the Jack in the Box at 633 Kapahulu Avenue. Very sad experience because to start, their soda machine does not work....

The place regularly pre Frys there food and let's it just sit under a heat lamp. If you order tacos, they are consistently cold because they've been sitting there for way too long. It's irritating...
