Being a Gold member is useless at this location, and it took 45 minutes after getting the contract for the car to even arrive.

Employee staff are absolutely the rudest folks I have ever dealt with. The lady actually yelled at me for sitting down on their chair. I don't understand why the Ilikai Hotel tolerates these...
