Visited on a Saturday around 11AM. No wait, incredibly efficient-in and out in under 10 minutes. Easy to find within Queens POB 3, nice staff and free garage parking for first hour or cheap street...

Front counter people need to be more aware and considerate of people waiting. Pull a number and wait, but others come in, don't pull number walk straight to counter and get helped immediately.....
