Crappy business. Shady business in all already. Tried to cancel service but they kept giving me the run around for months. Many workers don't even speak English

Hours is Monday to Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 12-5. Got here at 1pm on a Sunday and the store wasn't even open. No sign, called several times and no answer. Why post hours if you're not gonna be opened?
