We placed a to go order for 5 people and they have it all correct . They were however out of the ranch dipping sauce but they gave us ranch dressing in its place. Employees were very friendly....

Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. The chicken fingers barely have any breading so they're not crunchy and it's like it's not even Zaxby's. Their chicken will somehow sponge up a ton of grease...

OMG! I have never been in a drive through for over 45 minutes!!! And our food was cold when we got it!! It was over $30 for fast food. Super disappointed;( the gal at the drive up window was nice...
