The ribs are very tender and seasoned well. The brisket sandwich is served on a hogie bun. Has onions and peppers on it. It was also very tender and well seasoned.

Fair to middle n. Not tasty to me but my husband said it was ok. Had the brisket and pulled pork. They were ok not anything to run back for.
