I'd like to give them zero stars. 1. Delivery person leaves before I can even get downstairs to my front door. 2. I call right away before delivery guy even has time to leave my neighborhood....

This is the worse UPS store ever like no exaggeration, my package was supposed to be a next day delivery but it has been sitting in their warehouse for a week and a half, the automated ups chat...
