No longer able to do free Amazon returns here. NEW policy after waiting 15 minutes...was told for No box..No label...they won't accept. Only items WITH a label and packaging. I will NEVER return...

Overpriced, unresponsive to calls. Go to Rincon pack and ship instead. This place is a joke, I would be embarrassed to work for someone that doesn't display good customer as the "OWNER "
