I always drop off Amazon returns at this location. I observed it's busier than other locations in the area possibly bc there are popular restaurants, hair salons, and Food Markets in the plaza....

Gaslighted a bunch of people into thinking I was a scammer, so about 2-3 years ago I mailed a package to a private mailbox there and they rejected my package because it didn't have the name...

Closed at 3 pm on a Saturday?????? I will NEVER do business with UPS again, I'm dumbfounded that a company could be so unreliable on the weekends for customers. Lazy f*cks act like they're a bank.
