Had a Lowe's claim and they were scheduled and never showed. Called, never could connect to a live person, left a voicemail and emailed per their request on the VM. Never heard back.

bad service and they do not show up, no communication via telephone, email. lowes protection plan listed them, sure did advice them to drop this from there list. at least responsed
