Sonic at Pooler near the outlets is unfortunately not a good location. I try my best to write positive reviews and be gracious when it comes to the food industry, but this location is not good....

They didn't even have my 3 drink order ready then on top of that I had to go through the drive thru and they STILLLLL never came to the speaker I had to contact customer service for a refund....

45 minutes (and counting) for 3 drinks. I feel bad for the one person working, but if the online reviews are saying how bad it is... maybe corporate should pull this franchise entirely.
