Communication, the rugs I ordered months ago have still not arrived. They told me early Sept, nothing. Not sure if I'm out of over two hundred dollars or what's going to happen.

very poor customer service, and be careful of their refund policy ! 21 days from date shipped even if it takes 20 days to receive it !! I'd look elsewhere before using this company.
