No customer service whatsoever. In-home designer Kristen came out. Three weeks later no response from them, no returned calls or emails. I'll spend 10k somewhere else.

Walked in and walked right out. The entire store smells. Really, really bad. Some sort of rancid smell.

There isn't a smell here, maybe the person who reviewed smelt his own mask breath. The customer service here is phenomenal and greatly accommodating. Love this store!
