We arrived early for our order so we waited in the parking lot. None of the employees were wearing gloves or hairnets. A box was placed on the floor and then used for a pizza... lots of cross...

What could improve, it says. Getting the order correct to begin with. Who wants to eat a pizza without cheese? Keep in mind this one was ordered with extra cheese.
