I love Panera bread and I call Panera bread my Happy please , except for the creme brulee muffin for a $1.99 it's to small one bite and it's gone

It's freezing temperatures outside, why on earth is it the same temperature inside the restaurant? My coffee was poured fresh and quickly cold. I guess they want to freeze you out so you don't...

This location I usually have no problems with but the put cashews in my food and caused me to have a severe allergic reaction....they are nonchalant about the entire thing . They often get orders...
