It's really a special moment that we can finally announce the opening of our little Ramen Spot to the public. It was the beginning of a full fledged dive into the reinvention of ramen. We achieve this by sourcing local, sustainable ingredients focused on seasonal offerings and the freshest foods. we use the recipes from Japan and keep the traditional taste.all of our foods are freshly Japanese homemade.
