Bought two subs today for a place that talks fresh bread and toasted. Why was my bread cold to the touch? Terrible sandwich

I've never had a bad experience with them. They are always fast and good. I do get them without the oil, Mayo etc so they don't get all soggy on the way. They're also good put under the broiler...

Picked up lunch for a picnic with friends. The staff is always so polite and courteous when I stop in! I tried the jalapeño chicken wrap for the first time and loved it.

Can we talk a little bit about how INCREDIBLE the customer service is and FRESH the food is at Jimmy Johns?!?!? I also think they sponsor some of the local schools by feeding their athletes?!?!?...
