They are very short and very slow. I ordered a Philly cheesecake sandwich and watched several people come and go with theirs while I just sat here. I'm not sure I'm gonna be back.

Jersey Mike's please do better! We ordered sandwiches online for my wife to go pick up. When she arrived there to pick up the sandwiches they were ready. Thank goodness she checked the sandwiches....
