They're a great store but they have got to figure out their check out system. It is a disaster More often than not with a manager observing the disaster and just walking around

I have been shopping here for years and the customer service and cashiers have not improved. Can you please do a self check out? I'm pretty sure at this point we all can check ourselves out faster...

I went in to the store, shopped for 20-25 minutes. Went to the checkout line, only to see the same people in line as when I came in. I waited in line for 25 minutes. All lanes were open... OMG...
