When I say "untoasted bagel", i expect an UNTOASTED BAGEL, not a hard inedible bagel. It's become every single time. Lazy service.

They're lucky I'm not deathly allergic to milk but Jesus I told them "almond milk substitute" 4x at least when I ordered at the counter I'm happy I double checked the receipt after I took a sip

The service at this Dunkin' Donuts has been pathetic every time I've come here. Feels like the employees are just throwing orders together to get people gone. Now I only stop here to get my kids...
