My husband and I ordered a pizza and it was raw... not a little raw but RAW! I called to tell them and she called me a liar and hung up. I had to take my pizza up there and she was still slinging...

Awful customer service! They screw the order up and don't apologize or offer to fix things! I recommended they apologize instead of saying "no worries" and he was rude and said, "Oh yeah...sooooo...

The new management needs more training. Put an order of 32 PC parm bites for carry out. Took me 10 minutes to get to the store. I get there, walk in, no greeting. I have always gotten a greeting....
