I wish I was warned of possibility of this damage as the owner explained "could happen". I needed to know this prior to installation.

I was told this damage happened because our home built in the 90s was not up to code therefore water was absorbed into the hearty plank.

This is how Complete Roofing install counter flashing on Stucco. Roof leaf within 6 months and they refused the warranty request.
